This hinge kit works with our Heavy Duty Pivot Door Slides.
It is used for “flush inset” doors (no face frame) with a door thickness from 15/16″ to 1-1/4″.
They are sold by the set. A set includes 2 hinges, 2 mounting plates, 4 mounting plate spacers, all necessary screws and mounting plate covers.
Hinges are 40mm half cranked hinges, plates are 3 mm plates. Height to upper pivot point without spacer attached is 1-1/8″. Height with one spacer attached is 1-1/4″. With both spacers attached, it is 1-3/8″.
Use 3 hinges per door for door heights from 36″ to 47″.
Use 4 hinges per door for door heights over 47″ to 59″.
Use 5 hinges per door for door heights over 59″ to 71″.
Use 6 hinges per door for door heights over 71″.
