Reinforcement: Braided high tensile strength fibers. Cover: Pin pricked, abrasion resistant polyurethane, in conductiveblack (PF427), or non-conductive orange (PF427NC series) versions.
Service Temperature Range: -65F (-54C) to +200F (+93C) for petroleum based hydraulic fluids
*Maximum 140F (+60C) for water and phosphate-ester based hydraulic fluids.
Other Features:
  • Isobaric – Consistent 3,000 PSI working pressure regardless of hose size. Eliminates user risk of hose misapplication within a given pressure system.
  • Abrasion Resistant – Polyurethane cover outlasts rubber versions in applications where the hose rubs against abrasive surfaces.
  • Lightweight – Approximately 32% lighter weight than similar rubber hoses.
  • Low Temperature Flex – Designed to flex at temperatures as low as -65F; well suited for cold storage applications.
  • Pin Pricked Cover (PF427 Series Only) – Allows for the escape of gasses, if necessary, eliminating risk of cover blistering.
  • NOTE: Boxed 250′ reels or boxed 50′ coils. Maximum two pieces per 250′ reel, minimum 50′ piece length.
